NIBIRU – a new city of entertainment is coming to the Romanian coast

And we’re the Project Managers behind it

We attended the official launch alongside our partners. What we saw confirmed what we already knew from inside the project: this is unlike anything Romania has delivered before.

🏗️ The concept: A fully integrated entertainment destination: public space, hospitality, retail, and live performance infrastructure operating daily, at scale.
📐 1.6 million sqm.
💰 Over €50M in private capital.
📅 Full completion targeted by July 2026.

The experience model goes beyond conventional formats – from large-scale stages and curated F&B to immersive activations and simulated “city” components, including a town hall, a police station, and a themed “prison” hosting some of the most recognized tattoo artists.
Familiar structures. Reinterpreted through an entertainment lens.

⚙️ The real challenge sits beneath the surface:
→ Assembling a fragmented land footprint into a coherent development platform
→ Integrating multiple concepts into a single operational and spatial logic
→ Coordinating design, approvals, and execution under compressed timelines
→ Ensuring creative ambition translates into buildable, scalable solutions

This is where project management moves from coordination to control.

🔹 At Brisk Group, we are proud to act as Project Managers for NIBIRU – structuring complexity, controlling risk, and keeping delivery aligned with the original vision.

Because projects of this scale are not defined by their concept. They are defined by their execution.

NIBIRU is not a seasonal project. It’s a signal of where the market is heading. 🚀
